The Ministry of Industry plans to include broadband in universal service in 2011, so that everyone can access it, it said in Santander Secretary of State for Telecommunications, Francisco Ros.Ros also requested that mobile operators detailing their proposals for transfer of the frequencies of 900 MHz, allowing more services to wireless broadband. He also announced the upcoming tender for frequencies of 2.6 GHz
