Blog.planalto.gov.br The site opens with a video of the popular president welcomes readers, and features articles on current issues - which were not written by the president.
Under the title "Blog Planalto," referring to the name of the Brazilian Presidential Palace, the site was opened with news of the launching of the rules for exploiting the country's oil reserves and the involvement of the agent at the recent summit Union of South American Nations (UNASUR).
The Brazilian president confirmed there were problems with access to blog about the high number of visits, but rebounded in the afternoon.
