The Chinese authorities discovered 210 crimes of illegal Internet gambling and arrested 918 suspects, said an official of the Ministry of Public Security, in a statement obtained by the official Xinhua news agency.
The ministry said 122 cases solved other less serious and sanctioned 13 days in 351 people, said Gu Jian, deputy director of bureau of cybersecurity.
