Amazon already sells more digital books printed
For the first time in its history, the retail giant on the Internet, Amazon.com has sold more electronic books for its Kindle device 'e-books' than traditional printed books, as indicated on Tuesday the company on its website.
The sales record was recorded last Friday, at Christmas, when those who had received a present of a Kindle e-book-reader-is loguearon the Amazon site to load with reading rate.
Amazon Kindle said that was the biggest seller in the history of the company, but gave no figures for sales of the device or the e-books market.
The company added that its busiest day was two weeks ago, on 14 December when customers bought 9.5 million products worldwide, equivalent to 110 items per second.
