Phone Windows 7 will be available in November

Steve Ballmer has been presented at an event in New York's new mobile operating system from Microsoft, Windows Phone 7. Microsoft Chief Executive has highlighted the ability to customize the operating system, which will come wrapped by sector companies such as Samsung, LG, HTC and Dell.

Ballmer has left the stage claiming to have been "waiting for this day for quite some time" since the new Windows Phone 7 is to be born "a new kind of mobile."
The manager has stressed that the significance of Microsoft's new mobile OS is not "what you do but how you're going to do." To put on the table, the executive director of the company has focused on two key points: the beauty of the operating system and customization capabilities.

The new phones, which initially will be available with AT & T in the United States are closer visually to the Apple iPhone, touch screens and colorful icons that provide access to mail, web, music player and other applications.
Ballmer, who introduced new devices during the event, also admitted that his company has "lost generation" with its latest phone systems.
Electronic Arts has announced it will launch a series of games for these devices at Christmas.
Microsoft has created two slogans to define these features: 'Always delightful' and 'Wonderfuly Mine'. Ballmer stressed the ability to customize the phone not only through the usual wallpapers, but also thanks to Xbox Live avatar.
The operating system will debut worldwide on November 8 at the depths of no less than nine terminals in different brands such as LG and Samsung. "Everyone pretty in its way," Ballmer stressed.
Phone To make Windows 7 a success, Microsoft has signed agreements around the world. The terminals will be launched in 30 countries with about 60 different phone operators.

Microsoft only has a rate of 5% in the global market for mobile 'smart', according to Gartner. Last year, however, controlled the 9% of emrcado. Android, meanwhile, has risen 15 points and went from 2% to 17%.
