The Apple Inc. CEO Steve Jobs apologized to customers who are dissatisfied with the iPhone 4. "We will do whatever it takes to make them happy, and if we can make them happy, we will refund you and say sorry to the inconvenience and we'll do better next time," Jobs said at a news conference at the headquarters of the company in Cupertino, California.
Jobs, who expressed irritation at the criticism of the phone, said that no cell has an excellent reception. "We are not perfect," he said. "The phones are not perfect." Jobs showed a video reproduced phones competition, including a Blackberry, they lost the signal to take them in some way.
The CEO of Apple denied that there is a problem with the antenna. "At the moment we do not feel that we have a huge problem to solve," he said. "This has left much of proportion that is incredible."
